Outlook Email Password Help - Change/Forgot/Locked Out

Email Password - Change Password (NOT LOCKED OUT)

  1. Go To ID.NEBRASKA.GOV
  2. Put in User ID = First name.Last name (Do NOT put in @nebraska.gov)
  3. Put in your Email password
  4. Change password or Security questions

If it gives you an error then… 

Email Password - Locked out

  1. Go To ID.NEBRASKA.GOV 
  2. Click on Locked Account
  3. Put in User ID = First name.Last name (Do NOT put in @nebraska.gov)
  4. Answer Security Questions
  5. Then do Email Password - Forgot Password (If you dont remember your password)

Email Password – Forgot Password

  1. Go To ID.NEBRASKA.GOV 
  2. Click on forgot password
  3. Put in User ID = First name.Last name (Do NOT put in @nebraska.gov)
  4. Answer Security Questions
  5. Put in new password
