Transfer Full Ownership of a Shared Calendar
The owner of the shared calendar can grant the Owner permissions to other users or to a group of users. You can do the related operations in Outlook (desktop application) by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Calendar" pane
- Right-click the shared calendar.
- Choose "Properties"
- Go to "Permissions" tab.
- Click "Add" to choose the user or group you want to grant permissions to.
- Click "OK".
