Using LIVECHAT - Customer Help Center

FOR CUSTOMER TICKETS:

Navigation Bar

Home - Contains search bar to look for articles, contain lists of popular articles, enable live chat with agents and submit tickets
Knowledge Base - Categorized articles containing user guides and FAQs
My Area/Sign in - Frequent/repeated user can sign in with email address and password if user have an account by invitation/ self sign up to check previous tickets
Font - Change font size or extend page to full width

Live Chat

Live Chat is located at the bottom right of the page

On the live chat 
1 :  Enter name
2:   Enter email address
3:   Enter questions and hit Enter

Share your rating by clicking on one of the emoji and share your feedback
Hover over and click on click here to start a new chat session
You can choose to email this transcript to your own email

To submit a ticket through web 



Click on My Area/Sign in
Sign In with Email Address and Password


Submit a new ticket through web

Click on Add Ticket or Submit a ticket 




1) Fill in the Subject

2) Fill in the Description

3) You can choose the Priority to be either High, Low or Medium

4) Submit the ticket(Web).



Records of previous ongoing tickets

After the ticket is submitted, the records for ongoing tickets will be displayed in My Area



Closing Ticket

To close the ticket hover over and click on the ongoing tickets, click on the Close Ticket button at the bottom right under Ticket properties.


Tickets Categories


The ongoing tickets are grouped into 5 different categories:


All Department - Different departments

My Tickets -  My Tickets/ My CCed Tickets

Open/Close - Open / Close / On Hold

Priority - High/ /Medium/ Low

All Channels  - Twitter/ Phone/Email/ Facebook/ Web/Chat / Forums/ Feedback Widget


You may also search tickets using the search bar on the top right

Closing Ticket

To close the ticket hover over and click on the ongoing tickets, click on the Close Ticket button at the bottom right under Ticket properties.
